Super easy healthy snack. So yesterday night, I was craving some sweet treat, so badly, but I didn’t want to fill up on carbs and bad sugar before I go to bed. I looked in our fridge and came to the idea to make healthy greek yoghurt barks. And here I am and want to share this easy recipe with you guys π
All what you need is (for 5 barks)
- 2 cups of Vanilla Greek Yoghurt (about 250g)
- squeeze of lemon
- frozen blueberries
Put the berries in a bowl and add the greek yoghurt. Squeeze a bit of lemon in and mix everything together. Place with a spoon a cookie on a tray with baking paper (make sure it fits in the freezer) and freeze them for about 90 minutes. Enjoy π
