Skincare Routine Fall/Winter 2018. I thought it was about time to share a post about my current skincare routine and also to get some reviews from you guys what products you are using. Its all about sharing information and tips 🙂
First I also want to share that these products are NOT sponsored and & I DO truly love them.
As a kid I grew up with very very bad skincare condition called ‘Neurodermitis’. I was lucky, because through out my puberty it went away. So my skin is very sensitive to food, air and especially what I put on my face. Whenever I tried new products, like cool face masks with perfume or something like that my face would break out with pimples. I am not an expert in skincare, not at all. haha That is just what I am using since a couple of weeks and my personal review about these products. 🙂

YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE Superfood Air-Whip Hyaluronic Acid Moisture Cream
This face cream is the newest I have been using in the AM and PM. Skincare with superfood ingredients like KALE, SPINACH, GREEN TEA and Hyaluronic Acid.
I’ve always struggled to find a good face cream, since I have super sensitive, not dry but dehydrated irregular skin. I always thought to combat this I would need a heavy moisturizer but this product has proven otherwise. Hyaluronic Acid sounds so chemical and scary, but secretly it is simply the key to smooth, flawless and hydrated skin. It keeps the collagen synthesis up and contributes to the anti-aging benefits to the skin.This moisturizer is so lightweight, and absorbs so quickly in my skin that I feel like I’m not wearing anything. Honestly I don’t think I could go a day without this anymore.
YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE Superfood Face Wash
Combined with this face wash I think its the perfect daily skin care routine. This rich gel cleanser is as well loaded with superfoods such as —kale, spinach, and green tea—to balance and remove dirt and toxins without stripping the skin. It does NOT clean off eye make up, thats why I remove mascara with another special cleanser on a cotton pad.
HEALTHY SKIN TIPS
I truly believe that skincare works from the inside out, which basically means what you put in your body matters. Drinking a lot of water to keep your skin healthy and hydrated. I also try to eat a well balanced diet, and take sometimes a supplement for my skin called Biotin.
