Carrot Cake Smoothie

What? Guys, this is my new addiction. I swear this will change your cravings! haha It is absolutely delicious and I cannot not share this recipe with you! πŸ™‚  It tastes like carrot cake dough, but is thousands times healthier and oh god, so yummy!

INGREDIENTS

🌱 5-10 raw baby carrots raw
🌱 1/2 frozen banana
🌱 1/2 cup of oats
🌱 1 scoop vanilla whey
🌱 any milk (I prefer almond or cashew milk)
🌱 a bit of water to thin it out
🌱 2 tbsp of cinnamon
🌱 2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup as a sweetener

If you are super fancy and a pro smoothie maker:

🌱 pinch of lemon
🌱 pinch of nutmeg

Mix all ingredients in a blender till it is smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, I prefer to add an extra 1/4 cup of water to thin it out. If you want you can put in a few spritz of lemon and a bit of nutmeg.
